The information below highlights behaviors that may result in a separation from the University. The below information is not absolute. Any violation can result in a Suspension or Expulsion depending on the factors and individual circumstances of the case.
- Any violation of The Student Code if the student is currently on University Probation
- Distributing alcohol and/or drugs to minors
- Driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
- Falsifying University information
- Participating in or inciting others to participate in the violent disruption of any University activity
- Physical assault and/or abuse
- Possession or use of illegal drugs such as heroin, cocaine, or medications not prescribed to the individual
- Selling (or intent to sell), distributing, or manufacturing of controlled substances and/or illegal drugs
- Sexual misconduct
