Sexual and Gender Misconduct

The University of Connecticut is committed to creating and maintaining a campus environment free from all forms of sexual harassment, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking.  UConn’s policies and procedures related to sex-based discrimination and harassment were updated on August 1, 2024 to align with federal Title IX regulations.  Due to a January 9, 2025 federal court decision, the August 1, 2024 Title IX regulations were vacated nationwide.  The University is taking steps to review and revise policies and procedures as needed and remains committed to supporting all members of our UConn community.
